General Terms and Conditions Tickets

1. Subject matter of the contract

Dance Unit (hereinafter: "Provider") offers the organization and implementation of sports and cultural events such as the Dance Unit Gala, GO Masters, etc. on the basis of these terms and conditions and the respective updated event programme. The content, duration and costs of the respective events can be found in the respective valid event descriptions.

2. Registration

Registration takes place online using the form provided. Upon receipt of the registration, the participant will receive a confirmation and an invoice promptly. The provider reserves the right to reject registrations due to overbooking. In the event of overbooking, the participant will be notified and informed of the next dates. In the event that the minimum number of participants is not reached, the provider also reserves the right to cancel an event. In this case, any fees received will be refunded or, if desired, credited for another event.

3. Prices and payment

The prices listed in the Dance Unit shop apply. The full amount or the stated deposit must be paid within 7 days of receipt of the invoice. The full amount must be paid before the start of the respective event. Payment can only be made by bank transfer.

The invoice recipient is responsible for paying the invoice amount. Details can be found in the respective announcements and the event program.

4. Cancellation of an event

In the case that an event is canceled, the full price will be refunded as a credit note for another event of the provider will be issued.

5. Liability

Participation in an event organized by the provider is voluntary and at the participant's own risk and responsibility. The instructions of the management are suggestions which the participants follow of their own free will. Everyone bears full responsibility for themselves and their actions inside and outside the event. Everyone is responsible for any damage caused and releases the provider, event manager and host from all liability claims.

The liability of the provider for personal injury or damage to property is limited to intent or gross negligence.

6. Not permitted

The possession and use of illegal drugs and the consumption of alcohol are not permitted during the events. Bringing food and drink is not permitted!

7. Photos and videos

Videos and photos will be taken at the event. The photos will be used for advertising purposes on Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. as well as on the website, flyers, magazines, newspapers, etc. In addition, photos and videos of the event will later be offered for sale in our online Dance Unit shop.

8. General

Should a provision or part of a contract be invalid, the remaining provisions or parts of the contract shall remain in force. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
